As well as delivering services, we also keep property owners informed of any damage, vandalism or Health & Safety issues by direct reporting system.
- Communicate and detail damage or vandalism to areas such as handrails or light fittings, play areas, lawns or shrubs.
- Advise on abandoned or untaxed vehicles.
- Communicate Health & Safety issues following risk assessment of potential problems such as personal possessions that may hinder escape routes, loose stair nosing within internal communal areas, cracked manholes or uneven paving.
