We are proud of the high standards that we set. We
offer a transparent service with defined service level
agreements backed by robust routines, processes and procedures
to enhance service delivery. Our stringent internal processes
are independently validated by full certification to BSI
(British Standards Institute) ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management.
We monitor our own standards weekly using an independent
mystery shopper scheme.
As a result, we are widely recognised for our skills, qualifications and experience within the cleaning and grounds services industry. We have gained outstanding references from residents and clients and many clients are now placing third generation contracts because they are so confident in the service we provide.
